In my powder room, there is only about 1 1/2 inches between the edge of the mirror and the wall on each side of the mirror.

Should the frame go to the wall on each side? If so, do I submit my measurement for the width as the distance from wall to wall and indicate 0 clearance on each side?

Also, it looks like my walls are not exactly straight as the measurement from the mirror to the wall is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom (2 " at the top 1 1/2 at the bottom) on the right hand side.

The actual mirror width is 40 1/8 and 36 " high. Would Broadway Brushed Chrome be too wide?

Good questions. The frame cannot go wall to wall in your case because we can only extend the frame beyond the edge of the mirror a maximum of 5/8". Otherwise there would not be enough of the tape on the mirror for the frame to adhere properly.

In order for your frame to work, submit your actual mirror measurements and your actual clearance. For the crooked wall just use the smaller measurement for your clearance, this way your frame will be sure to fit and your install will be much easier.

The Broadway Brushed Chrome works great for that size mirror, in fact I have one about the same size and I have a Tribeca which is even wider on it and love it.
