Hi! I am updating a master bathroom, adding dual sinks & lighting. I wanted to use the mirrormate frames to "split" the large mirror so that it looks like two framed mirrors hanging side by side. Is this possible with mirrormate frames? If so, is there anything special that I need to consider for measuring & ordering?

Thanks!!

Hello,
Thanks for your message. I am going to forward this to our customer service department. They can help you with your measurement questions. I think that would look great as long as the mirrors are centered over each sink and under each light fixture. If you need help selecting a frame please email me at kate@mirrormate.com

When measuring for two frames on one mirror, you will measure your mirror exact height and width - divide it in half. You will have zero clearance on the inside sections that are butting up. All other measurements remain the same. Feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions while measuring, thanks!

i have questions. first can the existing mirror be cut from the top. I want to add crown molding. if it can be cut, how many inches below the crown molding should the mirror sit?

next, i have a very large mirror in the master bath. it is framed with beveled mirrors. i'm not sure if the mirror can sit on top of that, or does it look better to show the beveled, with the frame bordering around it. how do i upload photos to you, so you can see it?

Has anyone used mirror mate for an oversized wall mirror? We are installing a 6 foot x 3 1/2 foot mirror in our master bedroom to reflect the view out the opposite windows and I would really like to frame it in a silver frame, just not sure how hard it is in this size.
