I am wanting to install a mirrormate frame on a mirror that is 70" by 40", glued to the wall, and rests directly on top of the backsplash. The problem is that the vanity is not level. It is off by roughly 1/2". If I install the frame level, there will be a very noticeable gap at the bottom right between the frame and the backsplash. If I install the frame resting on the backsplash, I think that it will be very noticeably out of level, i.e. more than it shows now with just the mirror. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thats a difficult one Bob.

Can you raise the mirror? If it isn't glued to the wall, you may be able to raise it up an inch or so, then install the frame level and extend it beyond the mirror's edge.

It is glued to the wall. I thought about tapering off the bottom frame member, but I really don't want to do that. It may just have to have a gap. Maybe it won't be as noticeable as I am thinking.

Let us know how it works, sorry there isn't much of a solution except to let there be a small gap. I doubt it will be very noticeable.
